SHIPPING & RETURNS
We take utmost care to make sure that the product reaches you safely and in good condition. Our shipping partners are leading courier service providers of India.
Once the order is placed, you will be notified about the status of the order through an email. In case you do not receive an email please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Team Earthy Hues will update you once the order is shipped and will share the tracking number and courier service details with you. You can track the order on the shipping service provider's tracking site.
We provide free shipping all over India. The products are usually shipped within 2-3 working days and is delivered within 7-10 working days of placing the order. Earthy Hues will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or damage caused during shipping or transportation.
The recent COVID-19 situation has increased the delivery time by a couple of working days. Natural factors like heavy rains and floods also cause delivery delay. We request your patience during such unprecedented situations.
Earthy Hues deals exclusively in handmade banana fibre products. Our products are either handmade or produced with very little help from machinery. Hence it is expected that the finished products may have slight variations in colour, shape and size. These are not defects and they only make each product unique.
At Earthy Hues we take utmost care to deliver the products as displayed on our website www.earthyhues.in . Hence we request you to consider the minor differences before raising a request for return.
Return request can be raised if a wrong product was delivered or if there is a manufacturing defect. No other reason will be encouraged for returns. Kindly mail us with the reason for return and required images at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can to solve the issue.
Kindly note that the product has to be returned with tags, original packaging and in unused condition. Once the product is returned, our team will inspect the product. If the issue seems genuine, we will replace it with the right product, or a refund will be initiated.
No request for returns will be accepted after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.
*Customised products that are made to order are not eligible for returns
If you receive a product which you didn’t place the order for originally, you are entitled to return it and claim a full refund for the product. You can do so by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide the following details:
i. Order Number
ii. Your Name
iii. Your email ID (provided at the time of placing the order)
iv. Mobile Number (provided at the time of placing the order)
v. Reason to return and attaching images of the same
This will help us assess the nature of the damage and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Cancellation of an order is possible provided the change happens within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not possible if the order is already shipped. No request for cancellation will be accepted after the time period mentioned in the Cancellation Policy. Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
You can cancel the order by sending a mail to email@example.com and provide the following details:

III. Your email ID (provided at the time of placing the order)
IV. Mobile Number (provided at the time of placing the order)
V. Reason to cancel
Refund will be approved only after proper verification and validation. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be routed back through the payment mode used at the time of placing the order. Kindly note that the payment will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the time it has been approved by our team.
